Luneo Hope is a nom de guerre. My name is Helena Wiehahn and I am an IKM specialist, academic, artist, web developer, and hobbyist photographer who lives in the Cape Winelands. I like to spend my time acquiring new skills and helping others. The motto of my enterprize is "hope where there is darkness", and it is inspired by my motivation to work with people and make organisations better.

Knowledge and Information Systems Management primarily views organizations through the lens of knowledge and information flows and the associated technologies that mediate such flows. Retention of organizational knowledge is key to the success of a modern organization.
An MBA student would view organisations primarily through the lens of finance; whereas I am focused on effective development, use and management of knowledge and information systems in businesses and other organisations. Knowledge is not merely one of the resources of an organisation, it is the basis for organisations' capability to use their resources productively.
Uncodified knowledge - the most valuable type of knowledge - is found in the minds of your employees and is context-based, and experience-based. Therefore people are key to the success of your organization
This is where my academic focus lies. I have a degree in Psychology, Sociology and Information Systems Management. This gives me a unique advantage in the fields of Management, Business Analysis and UX. I love working with people and helping teams to effectively manage their projects.
I am both an analytical and a creative person.
I suffer from depression and strive to be as active in my local community as possible to help others who might be going through a difficult time. My aim is to inspire and motivate those that need it the most; be it through art, text or photography.
